Buying

We check the contract dates and conditions, order the searches, arrange your transfer duty, work with your lender on the loan documents and prepare your settlement statement. On the day we settle through PEXA and tell you as soon as the property is yours.

Selling

We arrange the discharge of your mortgage with your lender, work out the rates and water adjustments, prepare your settlement statement and make sure the sale funds reach your account.

Commercial and rural

We also settle commercial and rural property across Western Australia, for buyers and for sellers.

The settlement date is set by your contract. We work to that date from the day you engage us.
