Hayste Pty Ltd trading as Lorraine Williams Settlement Service respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

When you contact us through this website we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company, the service you are enquiring about and your message.

When we act on a settlement for you, we collect the information needed to complete it. That can include identification documents, contact details, property and contract details, and information about your lender or other parties to the transaction.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to prepare and complete your settlement, to meet our obligations as a licensed settlement agent, and to keep in touch with you about your matter. We do not sell your personal information.

To complete a settlement we may share your information with Landgate, RevenueWA, PEXA, your lender, the settlement agent or lawyer acting for the other party, and the real estate agent involved in the sale. We also share information where the law requires it.

This website relies on a small number of service providers. Our hosting provider stores the site. SMTP2GO delivers the emails our contact forms send. Google reCAPTCHA protects our forms from spam, and our reviews section is displayed through Trustindex. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia.

This website uses cookies needed for it to work, including cookies set by Google reCAPTCHA on our forms. We do not use advertising cookies.

We keep your information secure and only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as the law requires.
